Alan is a civil engineering and construction professional with more than 20 years of experience in the delivery and management of infrastructure, utilities, water, wastewater, roads and civil engineering projects throughout Ireland and internationally.

Throughout his career, Alan has held senior engineering, operational and commercial management positions with leading civil engineering contractors including Ward & Burke, Coffey Construction and Leder Construction & Civils.

His experience includes project programming, commercial management, contract administration, utility infrastructure, roads, drainage, water and wastewater networks, health and safety management and large-scale project delivery.

At Maga Construction Ltd, Alan is responsible for strategic planning, commercial management, project delivery and client engagement.

Allan has over 25 years of construction industry experience and served as a Director of a successful shuttering and formwork company for a prolonged period.

His experience spans site operations, construction management, workforce coordination, concrete construction and project delivery across a range of civil engineering and construction projects.
